THIS PERSON GETS to call this her oc when IT LOOKS LIKE BELL WITH DARK RED BROWN HAIR AND A PINK AND WHITE DRESS WITH A DIFFERENT NAME she put a link and the people who owned it but when I do that I get Crude comments but they dont thats not really fair that you will get one person and they give credit and get them in trouble but when this person does it [link] she get no criticism but I get Crude Criticism

1 I DO NOT STEAL STUFF 2 QUIT GETTING OTHER PEOPLE ON MY ART PAGE 3 YOU SEE ART LIKE THIS ON OTHER PEOPLES PAGES AND ITS NOT BANNED SO WHY TALK ABOUT ME 4 I USE SCREEN SHOTS AND GAVE THE CREDIT AND DID NOT CLAIMED THEM AS MINE IS THAT IN THE RULES WELL THAT WAS IN THE ARTIST COMMENTS OF THE ART WORK I POSTED WHEN YOU KIND OF HATERS COME ON MY PAGE so why talk STUFF LIKE THESE PEOPLE AND THEY GET ALL THE GLORY AND THAT'S NOT FAIR THAT YOU WOULD JUST say things about people thats not fair instead of asking them saying why did you use that screen shot and what fore and I GAVE THE CREDIT TO THE ORIGINAL ARTIST

THIS PERSON USED A BELL LINE ART AND DIDN'T GET BLAMED OR PUT ON A ART SITE FOR STEALING STUFF AND I PUT THE CREDIT LIKE THIS PERSON DID [link]

So is DMCA national or one of those international laws? Just curious.

I have a quick question:

What if you didn't pay to have your artwork copyrighted? Even though I own my art and characters, I haven't paid for them to be copyright! What happens then?

DA automatically copyrights your material to your user name, so you don't have to use creative commons or pay to get work copyrighted.

Proving ownership in the court of law without a copyright certificate is difficult but not impossible.
