Currently, our team is completely buried. What we need are people who can look for specific information we require on a rip, and report it back to the Volunteer Coordinator. We are all doing our best to handle all of the rips being reported to us, and the volunteers we have at this moment have done an

I want everyone to know that although we do not respond to every note, they are read by me. Also, a possible issue reported at photobucket with art being openly sold on cups, keychains, calendars,etc to anyone of the works that have been uploaded to Photobucket.
In answer, yes they can. That's pretty much what you agree to by using their services. MySpace and Facebook operate the same way. Many company employees that post their company logos on their myspace accounts and facebook are finding that they face diciplinary action because they have made copyrighted company material available for use in the public domain.
Anyway....I have copied some crucial sections of the TOU that deal with this clause.
