Ok let's see - we have an image hosted on a profile that is 1 day old and asks you to visit a website with a strange url with a promise of a financial reward on an another website. How do you even imagine that would work? And now, of course, people start crying that their computers got infected with malware. Which is great - every genius who fell for this obvious phishing scam deserved it. I hope your shitty computer burns and you along with it.
I know this is a no-duh for 90% of people reading it but for the sake of the rest lets revise what we all should know about online phishig. And before you go all:

Opinions are a Dangerous thing: Art StylesThis isn't about narking on anyone no, infact this is just my own muses really! You could say this is a journal for ENCOURAGEMENT! *SHINES*
I find sticking to one style restrictive if you are a beginning/moderate artist! (even professionals I might say! though I can't speak for everyone)
Having a distinctive look on how your art is done and produced is understandable and its a desire to appear unique to the point some one can just SEE your work and instantly think 'Oh! that's Ten-days!' or something along the line. However, when you are trying to find who you are and what kind of art you are to produce, I recommend trying, well, a lot of different things! Different styles, mixing styles, different colouring techinque, brushes, tools, shading. Don't feel dependant on what you are already doing and don't feel pressured by people just for trying new things!
Push out of your comfort zone. Can't draw hands? don't avoid it! draw the heck out of them! (how else are you going to learn?)

What I personally find the hardest to draw is feet and hands. I found that with a lot of practice and a lot of frustrating mistakes my feet and hands actually look at the very least almost the way i want them to be.
Now my favorite Style of drawing is Anime or sometimes semi-realism, and i find that by doing studies of the more traditional style realism actually helps improve my anime pictures greatly. For instance i would practice drawing my hands and feet in different positions holding different things and from different angles. I also find it extremely helpful while i'm drawing and i'm having a particularly hard time drawing a hand or a foot in a certain position i will stop for a

Deb, I want to say one thing right now and I am sure others would agree with me. When your art is ripped you need to give it to the rest of the task force to pursue. There is NO REASON we can't be doing yours as well as other deviants. YOU deserve the same help the rest of dA is getting!

Thanks Anj...I appreciate that. We have all been so very busy, I forgot all about it. The major rip was 11 of my images on Fresh-Paper X4. So now that one is gone, so I am OK. I will give my rips to the Task Foce also....but at the moment as you know we are short handed in investigations, so I do not want to over-burden my awesome volunteer staff!!

Honey, I want to list them right along with everything else. For the most part these sites aren't going anywhere. We are making a difference, we've had good results and I think it's time to take on ALL the rips, including yours, and put them in the spread sheet. I would like to start dating the date I receive them too, rather than relying on going back and looking at notes. That way we will know which ones are next on the list. Yes, we have a lot of work... yes, we are short on volunteers... but most of this is not going to be time sensitive, right? One at a time. As one gets cleared we'll start on another. We need a process and this process is slowing forming. Find the rips... get verification... get a investigator on it... let the artist know the results or that they've been ripped from if it's a large investigation... write the letters to the offenders, their hosting companies, etc., get out the big guns when needed. Does that sound about right? And if any rips come up for any of use that are working with the RATF should have their rip put in line right behind the latest one. At least that's how I look at it. What say you?

I say that is exacally what we should do. Just what I have been trying to get set up. I think that is an excellent idea, neither one of us have had the time nor the energy to do it. I started saving the rips to word so I would have a record of them as they came in, or I would send out to you. I have been trying to concentrate on notifying the hosting sites and the person doing the ripping in between my other responsibilities of posting, noting, notifying, uploading, and checking out copyright laws. I believe my rips have been removed now from franzpc and crystalxp.net. We should double-check those when someone is free. I appreciate your words and kindness Anj...you are truly a godsend.

ssss I know this is a difficult task, but I am glad you are on my team!!!

I am proud of everyone for stepping up to the plate and hanging in there with me while me make all the necessary changes to get everything running smoothly and much more organized. Little tiny baby steps.....but look what has been accomplished so far!
